GRILLED CHICKEN WITH VINEGAR AND
HONEY
 
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 whole chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.), cut into pieces (remove skin on larger pieces)

Blend vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and mustard until smooth. Brush chicken with sauce. Cover and marinate for 1 hour or longer. Place on grill and bake until done, basting chicken with sauce occasionally.

Helpful hint: Prepare chicken before leaving for work, then it only takes a few minutes to get the grill ready when you return home in the evening.
