HONEY CHICKEN 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
1 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken parts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken and remove skin. Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat the chicken pieces. Place the chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, meat side down, and bake for 25 minutes covered. In the meantime, combine honey, lemon, soy sauce, and butter in a saucepan and heat to mix. After the 25 minutes, turn the chicken over and pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake uncovered 25 minutes basting at least four times. The more you baste, the better it comes out.
