PECAN PIES 
1/2 c. melted butter
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dark Karo syrup
2 c. chopped pecans
3 pie shells (9-inch ready to fill; not deep-dish)

Add ingredients, mixing as you go.

Bake in unbaked shell 35 minutes or until brown at 325°F.
