45 Ritz crackers (crushed) 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted) Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 12 oz. Cool Whip 2 Heath Bars, crushed Beat pudding mix with milk. This will be thick. Mix softened ice cream into pudding mixture. Pour on cooled crust. Freeze until firm. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with Heath Bars. Keep frozen. |
