WHITE GAZPACHO 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
2-3 cucumbers
1 tsp. salt
Chives
Diced green peppers
Diced tomatoes
Toasted almonds

Blend first four ingredients well in a blender or food processor and chill overnight. Before serving, blend again. Serve topped with chives, diced green peppers, diced tomatoes and toasted almonds. 4 servings.
