REFRIGERATOR ECLAIR CAKE 
Graham crackers
2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla puddings
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip

Must be made 1-2 days ahead and kept in refrigerator. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix 2 small packages pudding with 3 cups milk. Beat well. Blend in 9 ounces Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers. Place another layer of crackers on pudding. Pour rest of pudding on top, another level of crackers. Spread icing over crackers.

ICING:

2 (1 oz.) Nestle's Choco-Bake
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 tbsp. milk
