STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
30 mushrooms (12 oz.)
Stems from mushrooms, finely chopped and crumbled
5 tbsp. of butter, melted
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. bread crumbs, or 4-5 slices of bread
2 tbsp. crumbled bacon; sausage optional
2 tbsp. Parmesan or grated Romano cheese

Set aside mushroom caps, combine rest of ingredients, mix until moist, then stuff caps with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 18-20 minutes.
