1/4 head broccoli, break in sm. flowerets
1/4 head cauliflower, break in sm. flowerets
1 med. zucchini, chop bite size
1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bottle Italian dressing

Mix all the above thoroughly. Pour dressing over, store in sealed container. Make 1/2 day ahead for good flavor. Shake well before serving. Will keep 2-3 days.
