CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DROPS 
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 stick butter
4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix the first 3 ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls and stick with toothpicks. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in bowl in microwave at 50% medium heat. Dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate and place on pan lined with wax paper. Chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
