SPINACH SALAD 
2 bags spinach

Wash and drain spinach. (If this is done early in day and spinach is refrigerated, salad is crisper).

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked very crisp and crumbled
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts (fresh are great if available)
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Toss together. Add dressing. Top with bacon.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine in blender.
