PROSCIUTTO PIZZA 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. Fontinella cheese, shredded
2 tsp. dried basil
6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 oz. Prosciutto ham, julienned
2 red peppers, julienned & sauteed in olive oil
2 cloves garlic (or less), sliced paper thin
1/4 lb. goat cheese, crumbled
1 med. onion, quartered & then sliced
2 loaves frozen bread dough or own pizza dough

(Will make 2 round or 1 large square and 1 round.)

Combine oil and red pepper. Brush on dough. In medium bowl, combine Mozzarella and Fontinella cheese. Reserve 1 cup. Spread dough the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with basil, tomatoes, Prosciutto ham, red peppers, onion and garlic. Dab with goat cheese. Sprinkle with reserved Mozzarella and Fontinella cheese. Bake 15 to 17 minutes at 400 degrees, until bubbly. (I like to bake for 15 to 17 minutes and the place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes.)
