1 lg. pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed 1 can cream of celery soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 cube butter, melted 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Bacon bits (optional) Blend all ingredients but cheese and spread in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. |
