PEACH CRISP | |
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained 1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick) 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 c. butter, softened Ice cream, optional Arrange peach slices in an ungreased 8 inch square pan; set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Cut butter into mixture with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. |
