BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. cornstarch
Half cup each cider and white vinegar (or 1 c. of either)

1 c. honey (or light brown sugar)
1 (32 oz.) bottle of ketchup (4 c.)

Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Celery salt
Dried onion bits to taste

Simmer for a few minutes over a low flame stirring occasionally.
