CHERRY TARTS 
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream together cream cheeses, sugar, eggs and the vanilla with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Place 1 vanilla wafer, flat side down, in a muffin paper. Fill the muffin papers, 1/2 full with the cream cheese mixture. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon full of pie filling.
