BUTTERMILK BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cold water

Mix ingredients in the order they are given. Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar

In saucepan mix ingredients for frosting; heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour immediately over the baked brownies.
