1 c. Bisquick
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. Pace picante sauce
1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Grease 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture except cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top; bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped green onion and/or sliced avocado. Serves 4 to 6.

I used more than the 1 pound of hamburger meat and add a little onion, garlic, salt and pepper while cooking meat.
