GRILLED SESAME CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, quartered

MARINADE:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Combine all marinade ingredients. Place chicken in large zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Squeeze out air and seal. Marinade in refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Grill over medium hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

This is an easy recipe to make for Sunday afternoon barbecues. All preparation and clean up can be done before your guests arrive. Just grill and serve.
