TUNA MOUSSE 
1 can tomato soup
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pepper
3 cans tuna, drained
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. paprika

Heat soup and cream cheese together; microwave is easiest. Add gelatin and water together; stir into hot soup mixture and boil for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients together; mix well and pour into mold and chill. Very tasty on crackers, celery, be creative.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
