SESAME CHUCK STEAK
1/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sesame seeds
4 med. onions, thickly sliced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cracked pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 beef chuck blade steak

About 5 hours before serving:

Prepare marinade: In 10-inch skillet over medium high heat in hot salad oil, cook sesame seeds until golden. In 9x13 inch baking dish, mix sesame seed-oil mixture, onions, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and garlic.

Trim excess fat from steak. Add steak to marinade, turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning steak occasionally.

About 30 minutes before serving:

Preheat broiler. Place steak and onions on rack in broiling pan; broil about 25 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing frequently with marinade, turning steak once. Serve with French fries.
