CURRIED PORK 
1/2 lb. pork, diced
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 apple, diced
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Pinch of ginger
Pinch of garlic powder
1 c. beef bouillon
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice

Brown pork in skillet. Add onion, apple and brown slightly. Add flour, spices, bouillon and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Simmer 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
