1 env. vegetable soup mix
16 oz. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. low-cal mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. can water chestnuts

Thaw, drain and squeeze dry spinach. Drain and chop water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Keep chilled.
