TASTY HAMBURGER & NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. fat
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
4 oz. noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream corn
1 c. sliced mushrooms with juice
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Melt fat. Add onions, brown slightly and add meat. Cook and stir until meat is no longer pink. Add tomato soup, water and uncooked noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, stirring often. Add corn and mushrooms. Salt and pepper. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
