RUNZAS 
3/4 c. water, warm
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped

Mix water, milk, yeast and sugar; let mixture set until foamy. Add oil, 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and egg. Let rise for 1 hour. Brown hamburger and add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cabbage is tender. Cool.

Pinch dough into pieces the size of a large egg, roll thin. Spoon in cabbage mixture, bring dough around mixture. Pinch edges to seal. Place Runzas on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
