CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD 
2 c. tuna (Albacore)
Chopped celery
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Grated onion
Sweet pickle, chopped
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 can Chinese noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrost 15 minutes before using

Mix all ingredients, except peas and noodles. Just before serving, add peas and noodles. Serves 10.
