CSOROGE 
1/4 lb. sweet butter
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Lemon rind and salt
Enough flour to make a tender noodle dough

Work all ingredients well, folding over and over. Set aside for a little while. Then roll it very thin; cut in 3 inch diamond shapes. Cut 1 inch slits in center of each diamond shape; pull 1 tip through and fry in hot fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when served.
