SAUSAGE PINWHEELS 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)

Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Mix Bisquick and milk according to package directions. Roll out dough about 1/4 inch thick in a rectangle. Evenly distribute uncooked sausage over dough. Roll up lengthwise into a log about 2 1/2 inches thick. Refrigerate until firm about 30 minutes in the freezer. Slice in 1/4 inch slices. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes until brown and sausage is cooked.
