SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters, drained & save liquid
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. cream
1/4 c. oyster liquid
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine crumbs, butter, salt and pepper. Combine cream and oyster liquid with Worcestershire sauce. Grease 8" round pan and layer as follows: 1/3 cracker mixture, 1/2 of oysters, 1/3 of cracker mixture, 1/2 of oysters, 1/3 of cracker mixture. Pour cream mixture over the top and bake, uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
