HOLLAND RUSK CAKE | |
6 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. Holland Rusk crackers, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. chopped nuts Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add crackers, baking powder, nuts, and vanilla. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff and fold in the egg yolk mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. |
