CORN CHOWDER 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. yellow onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 med. potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
Pinch hot pepper flakes
1/2 c. Half & Half
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Parsley

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add onion and saute until tender. Stir in corn, potato, green pepper, pepper flakes, Half & Half, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
