BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 qt. (4 c.) broccoli flowerets (save stalks for soup)
3/4 c. dry roast, salted peanuts
3/4 c. raisins (soak 10 minutes in water, blot dry)
8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

SAUCE:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. curry powder

SAUCE: Mix together.

Pour sauce over salad just before serving and toss well.
