MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (little box), cooked
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked
2 c. cooked carrots
1 can French style green beans

Drain all vegetables. Layer vegetables as listed above. Heat together until cheese melts: 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick butter and 1 pound Velveeta cheese.

Pour over vegetables and top with buttered croutons.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes a 2 quart casserole.
