CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Meat from 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
Juice from 1/2 lemon
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, cut up
1 green pepper, cut in 1" pieces
2 med. onions, quartered
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
About 1 c. white wine

Melt butter. Saute chicken, parsley, garlic until chicken is almost done. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 2.
