2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. cans mushrooms & juice
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. Minute Rice, raw
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion

Mix all in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
