1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. container Cool Whip
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can maraschino cherries, drained
1 pkg. colored marshmallows

Beat together cream cheese and Cool Whip. Mix with above the fruit cocktail and cherries. Add marshmallows. Walnuts are optional
