1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup

Cream together, butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour. Add Hershey syrup. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Chopped pecans

Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, milk and other ingredients. Spread on hot cake.
