GREEN BEANS WITH PROSCIUTTO 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
2 oz. prosciutto, diced
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped

In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat, add onion and garlic. Cook 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add beans, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring until beans are done. Toss with pimento and prosciutto and serve.
