TRAVEL CAKES 
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 c. plain flour

Melt together: 4 sq. semi sweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Do not use electric mixer. Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Dip mixture into cupcake paper in muffin tins. Fill cupcake holders 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 24 cupcakes.

NOTE: These are great with whip cream or ice cream on top for an inside party. May ice (but not necessary) for a team picnic or pool party.
