TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cheese, cut in pieces
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tuna fish, flaked
1 c. green peas (or broccoli)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth, add milk slowly, cook over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese. When cheese melts, remove from heat; add green pepper, tuna and peas. Put in greased 1 quart casserole; cover with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
