POTATO-CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk

Combine cheese, salt and potatoes. Form into balls, roll in bread crumbs, dip in egg blended with milk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. This is a good way to use leftover mashed potatoes.
