FROZEN PICKLES 
2 qt. cucumbers, sliced unpeeled
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. salt

Soak 2 hours, squeeze out salt. Cook together. Boil 3 minutes.

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Cool syrup. Add to cucumbers. Pack into covered containers. Freeze.
