CINNAMON - APPLE YOGURT SAUCE 
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, undiluted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Tastes great as a topping for breakfast cereal and fresh fruits of all types.

Makes 1 1/4 cups. 2 tablespoons contain approximately 25 total calories, 5 calories in fat, 0 milligrams cholesterol, 40 milligrams sodium, 50 milligrams calcium.

VARIATION: To serve warm add 1 tablespoon cornstarch per 1 cup of yogurt to prevent the yogurt from separating.
