3 c. sugar
1 c. butter (butter)
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
Pinch of salt

Mix in mixer; then add: 4 cups flour and mix at low speed then refrigerate for about hour or more. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. To roll out use 3 3/4 cups flour. Roll out and cut or shape how you want it the bake.
