TOFFEE 
1 sleeve graham crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Place graham crackers in pan in single layer. Combine brown sugar with butter, bring to boil and pour over graham crackers.

Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes and sprinkle chocolate chips on top of crackers. Let chips melt and spread them around. Sprinkle nuts on top of chocolate. Cool completely and break into pieces.
