1 pkg. sugar free Jello (any flavor) 3/4 c. boiling water 1/2 c. orange juice or water Ice cubes 1 c. cold lowfat milk Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine orange juice or water and ice cubes to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin and stir until ice is completely melted, add milk. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill soft set in 30 minutes. 35 calories per serving. Yield: 5 servings. |
