SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. dry Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, well drained
1 c. mayonnaise
Chopped water chestnuts, optional
1 loaf French or round bread

Mix all ingredients except bread. Let set overnight before filling bread. Hollow the bread and keep the pieces for dipping. Can also use fresh vegetable sticks as dippers or your favorite dipper.
