EASY BRISKET 
3 to 4 lbs. brisket
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 (6 oz.) beer
1 (6 oz.) water
2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar
Onion

Slice onion. Place on top of brisket. Combine chili sauce, water, beer and brown sugar. Pour over brisket and onions. Bake 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Watch carefully so that liquid does not dissolve. If necessary, add water or more of the mixture. Delich!
