2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Marshmallows (optional)

Mix the first nine ingredients, blending well; turn into buttered, medium deep baking dish and dot generously with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven approximately 25 minutes. If desired, top with miniature marshmallows and brown slightly.
