SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE | |
2 sticks real butter 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. sifted flour 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. almond flavoring Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Sift flour with salt and soda. Add to creamed ingredient alternating with sour cream. Add flavoring. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
