SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs, separated
3 c. sifted plain flour
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter until very smooth. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and soda together. Add flour alternately with sour cream to butter, sugar mixture. Blend well. Add extracts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture. Pour into greased lightly floured tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until straw inserted comes out clean.
